Chalkys Espresso Bar is based in the eclectic and historical port city of Fremantle, located at the best end of the West End. We've been here long enough to know the regulars by their order — and new enough to still get excited every time we plate up.
We pride ourselves on great service, fantastic food, a relaxed vibe and of course awesome coffee. We don't take reservations — we never have. We're walk-in only, and we like it that way: it keeps the room full of locals, travellers, students, dock workers, and whoever the day brings through the door.

Our coffee is roasted by the team at DUKES and sourced from top-quality farms around the globe to create a unique blend that has to be tasted to be appreciated.
Their aim is simple: to offer the best, in-season, current-crop coffee they can get their hands on. Our aim is just as simple — to look after it and produce the best cup for you. Pull up a stool at the bar and watch it happen.
